Is it possible to hook the media library to gather alt text, etc, instead of having separate entries in a pod?

It’s a shame that so many questions go unanswered. Lack of support is the death of what would otherwise have been great libraries.

As with my other questions, I have found the answer on my own, and am sharing it in case others have the same question that will certainly go unanswered, as well.

Within my Pod Template, I simply added this bit to bring in the alt text, as stored in the media library:
